Biography

Josias E. Flynn founded Legal Resolutions to focus on civil litigation and work closely with clients. The cases often involve employment law disputes, harassment or wrongful termination, violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act, or federal or state wage and hour laws. He helps employees who endured retaliation for reporting unlawful behavior to the appropriate state or federal agencies. He also represents clients with construction issues, contract disputes, estate disputes and other complicated legal matters.

Josias started his legal career at a larger firm in Seattle, so his Legal Resolutions clients get a wealth of experience from a "big law firm-trained litigator." After working there for several years, he opted for a more client-centric approach by starting his own firm.

Flynn believes that every case is different, so he starts by listening to the client, getting to the heart of the matter, and determining their needs. Then, he guides the client toward the desired outcome. The ideal result is that the client is happy and got what they needed.

His extensive experience as a litigator is invaluable in the courtroom. Still, he may recommend that the client pursue negotiation, arbitration, or another approach to resolve the matter fairly and equitably.

Flynn understands that litigation takes time, it can be emotionally draining for the client, it often adds cost, and it may not be necessary to get the desired result. So, he's thorough in his preparation and considers all viable arguments when determining the best course of action.

"The decisions and motives aren't the same for every client," he explains. "So, there's no there is no golden solution, and that's kind of the deal. So, there are many cases where there is another, much better alternative to litigating."

Josias Flynn looks forward to providing you with this personalized approach and finding the best solution for your legal issue.
